This Privacy Policy explains how The Royal Automobile Association of Thailand (RAAT), organiser of the Asia-Pacific Motorsport Championship 2026 (“APMC 2026”, “we”, “us”), collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you register for the event through this website. We handle your data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

When you register, we collect the information you provide, including:
- Identity & contact: first and last name, email address, mobile number, nationality, date of birth, gender.
- Motorsport details: national federation / ASN, competition licence number, passport number (for international entrants), selected categories.
- Emergency contact: name and phone number of your emergency contact.
- Preferences: dietary requirements / allergies, hotel and airport-shuttle preferences.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). We do not store your card number — only the payment status and a transaction reference.
- Technical data: limited technical information (such as IP address) used to keep the service secure.
2. How we use your information
- To process your entry and confirm your place in the championship.
- To take and confirm payment, and issue your e-receipt and QR paddock pass.
- To communicate with you about your registration and the event.
- For event logistics and on-site safety (e.g. catering, medical/emergency, category scheduling).
- To protect the service against fraud and abuse.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the event:
- Stripe — secure payment processing.
- Resend — sending confirmation and receipt emails.
- Supabase — secure database hosting for your registration record.
- Official partner hotels or transport providers only if you choose to use their services.
- Where required by law or by the organiser for the conduct of the championship.
4. Data storage & security
Your data is stored in a secured database with access restricted to authorised organisers only. All connections use encryption in transit (HTTPS). Access to registration records is protected and available only to the event administration team.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your registration data for as long as needed to run APMC 2026 and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet accounting, legal, and championship record-keeping requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
6. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Request deletion of your data, subject to our legal obligations.
- Object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent.
